Meet Sandi and Rachel.

This was our first time buying a home. We did a lot of research on our own and even bought a book full of home-buying tips. All of this prep work was useful, but nothing can truly prepare you for the first time you go to spend such a large amount of money. We quickly found out that we didn’t have a clue about what we were getting into. Thankfully, Scott was there to hold our hands. He helped us with every decision – what were good and bad qualities of each home we visited, what price to offer, the list goes on and on.

We really felt that Scott provided us with service that went beyond the call of duty. He treated us as though we were his only clients, even though we knew this wasn’t true. When it came time to go through the Condo Documents, Scott came over and helped us scour the, what seemed to be, millions of pages of information about the building we wanted to buy into. Again, we didn’t really know what to be looking for, so Scott showed us where some potential problems were with the building and suggested that we ask for a price reduction.

We genuinely feel that we not only had a great realtor to help us but that at the end of the process, we had developed a great friendship with Scott.
